These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Integrity Advisors LLC (“Business,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our tax advising and business consulting services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

We provide tax advising and business consulting to help clients manage their financial and business planning needs. Our Services may include one-on-one consultations, tax preparation, compliance support, financial strategy sessions, workshops, and online resources.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your financial and business matters. Active participation, clear communication, and adherence to professional guidance are essential for achieving the best outcomes.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding information shared during consultations. However, you agree not to disclose proprietary materials, trade secrets, or information about other clients without prior written consent.

Our Services provide guidance and professional advice, but you remain responsible for your financial decisions, tax filings, and compliance. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Fees for our Services will be outlined separately in your service agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due in advance or as agreed upon in your service contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including reports, templates, documents, and proprietary methodologies, belong to us. You may not use, distribute, or reproduce these materials without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such materials as necessary to deliver our Services.

You are strictly prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing any intellectual property, tax strategies, consulting templates, or financial planning resources provided by Integrity Advisors LLC. Unauthorized use or distribution of our materials is considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, financial losses, or penalties arising from your use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to your use of our Services.

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.

We may use SMS messaging for scheduling, updates, and important notifications. To opt out, reply "STOP" at any time. To opt back in, you must re-enroll as initially instructed.
